Job description:
Responsibilities• Schedule and own the successful and cost-effective execution of monthly microbial dosing system unit (MDU) reloads and new installations at current and new accounts.• Manage a staff of field service technicians from onboarding to continuous improvement, ongoing training, career progression, etc. Frequently access both hard and soft skill performance against expectations both in the field and virtually.• Direct field service technicians and work with engineering to maintain dosing success ratios (DSRs) at all monitored accounts at or above target. Make recommendations to improve subpar performance as well as strive for continuous improvement (includes supporting the evaluation of new MDU enhancements and field application of bacteria blends).• Collaborate with field service technicians and engineering on the construction, installation and maintenance of supporting equipment applications (OCU, aerators, etc.).• Support sales group to develop and maintain enduring customer relationships• Work with sales, engineering and microbiology departments to conduct initial field inspections in support of new customer acquisition• Ensure the safety of all field service personnel. Assign required, periodic safety training programs, monitor successful and timely completion.• Reinforce safe and effective reload and troubleshooting procedures during staff meetings and during field observation.• Manage suppliers which provide complete MDUs, and associated component parts. Maintain appropriate inventory levels and ensure accurate accounting for all parts in SOS.• Lead monthly operations review meetings, communicating results vs. target, progress against special projects to senior management.
