Job description:
Travel weekly to multiple job sites across the state of Florida as required by project schedulesInstall, assemble, and secure construction components according to specifications and safety standardsTroubleshoot installation issues and perform necessary adjustments or repairs on-siteCollaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other team members to ensure timely completion of projectsFollow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment at each siteReport any discrepancies or issues promptly to supervisorSupport team efforts to meet project deadlines
This is a traveling position throughout the state of FL, Monday - Friday. We leave from Molino, FL on Sundays

Proven experience in construction, installation, or related trades preferredAbility to travel extensively and work at various locations weeklyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials safelyValid driver’s license with a clean driving record; willingness to operate company vehicles or transport equipment as neededKnowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction environmentsStrong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervisionFamiliarity with specific installation tools, reading and understanding basic installation instructions, and prior experience working on construction projects
