Job description:
Learning, Applications, and Responsibilities:Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of account executives to achieve regional sales goals.Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance.Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.Sales Strategy Development:Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.Analyze regional market trends and adjust strategies to maximize revenue.Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to align regional goals with national targets.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain relationships with key clients in the region.Address client concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.Performance Monitoring:Track and report on regional sales performance metrics.Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales outcomes.Requirements:Applicants must be available to attend meetings on Mondays at 9:00 AM, Wednesdays at 10:00 AM, and Fridays at 8:00 AM Mountain Standard Time.If in the SkillBridge program, applicants must be available to attend meetings on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 AM Mountain Standard Time.Proven experience in sales management and team leadership.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits:Exposure to advanced sales strategies and leadership techniques.Hands-on experience in managing a high-performing sales team.Mentorship from experienced sales leaders.Networking opportunities within the transportation advertising industry.Apprenticeship ranges from a 90-day minimum to 180 days.
