Week 1 Objectives (16 hours):- Understand the company’s core values and vision.- Familiarize yourself with internal workflows and team structures.- Set up necessary tools, access, and permissions.Week 2 Objectives (16 hours):- Learn about Latent AI’s product development process and how project management fits into it.- Shadow current project managers to observe ongoing project work.- Begin familiarizing with project management terminology (milestones, deliverables, risk management, etc.).Week 3-4: Project Management FundamentalsWeek 3 (16 hours):- Introduction to key project management principles: scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.- Learn about the stages of a project life cycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.- Understand the roles and responsibilities of a project manager and team members.- Dive into project planning tools and techniques: work breakdown structure (WBS), Gantt charts, and critical path method (CPM).Week 4 (16 hours):- Study Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and how they are applied in a tech company like Latent AI.- Learn how sprints work, what sprint planning entails, and how to track progress.-
