Job description:
As an Arborist Trainee, you will receive hands-on training in arboriculture under the guidance of ISA-certified arborists. You will work closely with the Training Director to develop the skills needed to become a certified arborist. This includes learning tree care techniques, safety procedures, and equipment usage. In addition, you will be cross-trained in sales, collaborating with the Sales Manager to assist with client interactions, new client acquisition, and managing ongoing client relationships. This role is designed to provide a comprehensive foundation in both arboriculture and client management.
