Job description:
Lead knowledge capture sessions with subject matter experts (SMEs) to extract tacit knowledge for specific domains. Structure tacit SME knowledge using specific knowledge representations. Develop software models of structured SME knowledge using DMI technology. Perform design and implementation of integration between DMI technology and customer systems. Operationalize software models into a deployable knowledge base. Test and validate knowledge base. Conduct training of customers in the DMI Knowledge Capture Methodology and use of the products. Develop outstanding relationships with subject matter experts and customers. Plan and lead knowledge capture meetings with SMEs. Develop requirements for projects. Build models of SME knowledge using the DMI methodology. Continuous performance improvement.
