Job description:

3-5 years experience managing Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) or similar scheduling product1-2 years experience in building/maintaining equipment configurationsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Project or Primavera scheduling Microsoft Suite of tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) Ability to schedule meetings and collaborate with stakeholders utilizing Microsoft TeamsAbility to clearly communicate, detail oriented, highly organizedAbility to rapidly switch between multiple tasks from different stakeholders/competing priorities and delivering products with short suspense deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to track, recommend, and implement resolutions to issuesAbility to build good relationships with peers, business partners, and clients
