Job description:
The branch management team is essential for the effective operation and growth of each operational office branch. It provides the structure, oversight, and strategic leadership that ensures that the branch is aligned with the overall organizational goals while addressinglocal market needs.A branch manager plays a critical role in the success and operation of a branch location. They are responsible for overseeing the daily activities, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the performance of the branch.The branch manager will lead and manage branch staff, ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction, lead branch financial management and accountability, ensure operational efficiency, be the lead problem-solver and decision-maker, act as communication liaison between the branch and corporate headquarters, and be the cultural influence for the branch.
Grasonville MD is the current headquarters of the company and will be where most of the Skillbridge training opportunities will take place.
