Job description:
Qualifications and Experience: • Bachelor’s/Associate’s Degree in an associated discipline is desired. High School required. • Thorough understanding of USAF aircraft maintenance processes required. • Minimum 10 years of related experience in an aircraft and maintenance support environment, including 6 years in a managerial capacity. • Must fully understand quality control procedures. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills are required. • Must have a working knowledge of computers (input/extract data) and basic computer software programs such as Word, Outlook, Power Point, and Excel. • Must speak, read, write, and understand English. • Able to obtain and maintain any security clearance and/or base access as required by the contract. • Current valid U.S. Driver’s License.
Training plan will be provided when candidate is approved for program participation by Chain of Command. Training plan will be tailored to approved SkillBridge length.
