This position will manage the sub-awards to the 12 local workforce development areas (LWDA). The incumbent plays a vital role in delivering support and training to the finance staff across the state with any questions about reporting monthly financial status reports and requests for payment or draws according to the grant award's guidelines. Process requests for payment to the local area on Time. Prepare monthly financial reports for the program team to review the fund utilization and participant cost rate and ensure that local areas meet the obligational threshold. Work with the program and monitor team to prepare ad-hoc reports required by the DEW management.
