This is an outstanding opportunity for transitioning Active Duty Service Members to apply their military leadership, planning, and execution experience in a civilian project management environment.As a Project Manager, you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects while gaining hands-on experience with industry-standard tools, methodologies and cross-functional collaboration. You will work alongside experienced project leaders and contribute to real-world initiatives that drive business value.
Job description:
Key Responsibilities-Lead and support projects from initiation through closure, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.-Develop and maintain project plans, schedules (using MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet), and status reports.-Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.-Facilitate project meetings, risk assessments, and lessons learned sessions.-Track project performance using key metrics and dashboards; provide regular updates to leadership.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.-Support continuous improvement initiatives and help refine project management processes.-Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government and commercial partners.-Document project decisions, and outcomes in accordance with company standards.
