Participants will gain specialized expertise in the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) framework, focusing on the SMAIC process to driver operational efficiency, alongside the OSHA 30-General Industry standards for advanced hazard recognition and safety supervision. Additionally, the course provides technical instruction on the operation and maintenance of industrial forklift (seated and standing), including design, instrumentation, pre-use inspection and stability.
