The SkillBridge tour member: Demonstrates practical knowledge to perform manufacturing processes to support a manufacturing organization. Applies knowledge to inspect products to ensure it meets specification and drawing requirements. Facilitates understanding to perform engineering technician duties to include assisting in maintaining product quality and assisting with continuous process improvements. Applies knowledge to work with engineers and technicians on the resolution of problems associated with product quality as well as the design and adaption of process equipment. Utilizes knowledge to monitor and suggest process improvements to manufacture energetic materials- Facilitates understanding to assist other employees on procedures, policies, and directives.

All Services
Will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift. Will be exposed to the hazard of ordnance manufacturing and explosive/propellant processing when evaluating production projects. Currently holds a secret security clearance or higher. Must be a US citizen
