The goal of the Forward Networks Fellowship Program is to attract, prepare, and retain top military talent in careers in Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering. The Fellowship has a combination of classroom training, on the job experience, and networking activities, all designed to provide broad exposure to careers at Forward Networks.

Forward Networks is revolutionizing the way large networks are managed. The Forward Enterprise platform delivers a vendor-agnostic "digital twin" of the network, based on a mathematical model. The platform scales to support hundreds of thousands of network devices, whether cloud, hybrid cloud, or on-prem. It serves as a single source of truth for the network, enabling network operators to instantly verify security posture, accelerate troubleshooting, avoid outages, and modernize network management.Since it's inception, Forward Networks has a history of working with military customers and values the unique experiences that a background in the military provides. This program was created to serve as the bridge between high potential military talent and a career in Forward Networks. To be eligible for this program, you must: - Be transitioning from the military and be eligible for a SkillBridge program of 90 days or greater. - Be a top performer in your field. Have a drive and passion to learn, grow, and make a difference. - Possess a proven track record of taking the initiative to solve problems. - Be able to complete a background check. - Possess a CCNA or have equivalent work experience.
