As a Senior Digital Designer you will be responsible for leading and creating digital customer experiences for all Leaf Home owned companies and products. With a primary focus on developing digital ads and consumer facing content across all major social channels and digital platforms, this role is a key driver of performance and brand growth within the broader creative and marketing teams. Senior Digital Designers will also support the development of email campaigns and landing page development across Leaf Home owned companies and products. This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Digital Design.Value added collaboration, personal growth, and development are core pillars of the Creative Team at Leaf Home. If you’re a creative who’s passionate about digital design and looking to develop further into growth marketing, look no further than Leaf Home.Applicants that do not provide a portfolio or case studies of their work, will not be considered for this role.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Duty and Responsibility Develop design assets for digital advertising campaigns across social and programmatic platforms. Work with copywriters and content production team to develop video/motion design content for paid digital ad placements. Work directly with Creative leadership from concept to completion. Present creative suggestions that take into consideration insights and/or feedback from cross functional teams. Research ongoing trends and best practices in UI/UX to inform design standards and apply them across Leaf Home digital channels. Partner with digital marketing team to understand ad data and translate learnings into successful design, working together to push the envelope of digital Leaf Home advertising. Support the creation of a variety of projects (core branded, ugc, content creator video), as needed to maintain visual cohesiveness across all platforms. Manage and maintain creative assets via the preferred asset management system for handoff to partners.
