Eligibility factors:
All Services
Depending on pipeline selection, i.e. Project Management, General Management, IT/Cyber, or Human Resources pipelines. Project Management: requires 4-year degree + 30 months leading projects or Associate/no degree + 60 months leading projects. General Management: HS Diploma. Human Resources: HS Diploma + basic HR knowledge. IT/Cyber: HS diploma + basic Cyber knowledge/interest and active Secret clearance.
