Participants are prepared to either manage a holistic wellness center or launch and operate their own wellness business. This is not a traditional internship, but a leadership development pipeline designed to cultivate future wellness entrepreneurs and managers. Upon completion, participants will possess the practical skills and operational experience necessary to manage a wellness facility or successfully start their own.

Job description:

The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the Owner and General Manager to learn all aspects of operating a holistic wellness business. Through rotational exposure to operational, strategic, and leadership responsibilities, participants will develop a comprehensive understanding of the wellness industry. Interns will gain hands-on experience in business operations, client services, marketing strategy, financial management, and team leadership. They will also help support Synergy Float Center’s mission of improving community well-being by reducing stress, enhancing recovery, and promoting mental, physical, and emotional wellness through transformative client experiences and community partnerships.
