Job description:
The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the Owner and General Manager to learn all aspects of operating a holistic wellness business. Through rotational exposure to operational, strategic, and leadership responsibilities, participants will develop a comprehensive understanding of the wellness industry. Interns will gain hands-on experience in business operations, client services, marketing strategy, financial management, and team leadership. They will also help support Synergy Float Center’s mission of improving community well-being by reducing stress, enhancing recovery, and promoting mental, physical, and emotional wellness through transformative client experiences and community partnerships.
Participants will gain hands-on entrepreneurial experience while contributing to a veteran-owned organization dedicated to improving community well-being through stress reduction, recovery, and holistic health practices. The program emphasizes leadership development, emotional intelligence, and meaningful operational responsibility. As part of the experience, participants will also receive complimentary access to Synergy Float Center’s wellness modalities, allowing them to personally experience the services and better support clients on their wellness journeys.
