- Performs market research, reviews specification and statement of work.- Performs a complete review of recommended sole-source requirements.- Responsible for recommending the appropriate method of procurement i.e. simplified acquisition procedures.- Must have a basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel and Outlook).- Must have basic knowledge of a CSMP and researching and ordering parts from the Navy Supply System as well as Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) items.- Attend post-award conferences with Contractor and Government personnel to provide information and to clarify standard and special contractual provisions of the contract.- Performs other related duties as assigned.- Must have basic command of both oral and written communication.
