Participants must be transitioning service members eligible for the SkillBridge program, with command approval to participate. They should demonstrate a strong interest in HVAC, a willingness to learn, and the ability to commit to the full duration of the training program. Physical ability to lift equipment and work in various environments is required. No prior experience in HVAC is necessary, as all training will be provided.
