Job description:
Investment Banker – This is a highly competitive, highly rewarding fast-paced job opportunity. At Donald Capital LLC our Investment Bankers are trusted financial advisors to innovative Aerospace, Defense and Dual Use Technology companies. Our entry level FINRA registered representatives may be involved in any number of corporate capital strategies to include raising money, issuing stock, floating a bond, negotiating mergers and acquisitions and representing the sale of the company itself. Our entry level Bankers are required to go through a series of FINRA certifications from Securities Industries Essentials (SIE) to Series 7 to Series 79 with Supervised On the Job Training to meet the minimum qualifications and continuous education for performing Investment Banking services. All Investment Bankers are also required to uphold a professional Code of Conduct to ensure investors and clients mutually benefit in corporate financial transactions. Industry average hire rates for entry level Investment Bankers are typically less than 2% of qualified applicants. The work can be performed remotely, but requires stamina and ability to perform in high stress environments.
