Kay and Associates, Inc. (KAI) is a leading aviation maintenance value added provider to the U.S. Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, NASA, and Customs and Border Protection. Because of KAI’s performance and high standards, the government awards us their most complex and high profile aviation maintenance projects. KAI’s SkillBridge program offers Service members the opportunity to learn from KAI’s elite team members for up to 180 days prior to their separation. Our program is not limited to specific positions and includes a wide variety of aviation maintenance opportunities for all levels of experience and technical backgrounds. KAI's goal is to ensure the Service member has a smooth transition into the civilian sector and a career opportunity in aviation maintenance upon the successful completion of this program.

Kay and Associates, Inc. (KAI) offers service members on the job training in all aspects of aviation maintenance. KAI’s positions include but are not limited to Aircraft Mechanics, Sheet Metal Technicians, Structural Mechanics, Supply Technicians, Maintenance Controllers, Tool Room Attendants, and Quality Control Inspectors. If a position exists at KAI, it is available for an interested SkillBridge Service member.
