As a Real Estate Agent Assistant Trainee during this 12 week program, participants will be mentored by seasoned professionals, including oversight from Broker/Owner Claude Blackman, who brings over 20 years of industry expertise. The program uses in-person instruction, online learning, and practical fieldwork to build foundational knowledge in real estate law, client management, market analysis, and transaction processes. Trainees will also gain proficiency in real estate technology tools such as CRM systems, while shadowing experienced agents during property showings and client interactions.Throughout the program, participants will engage in weekly modules that cover essential topics such as contract law, agency relationships, disclosures, ethics, property inspections, risk management, and fair housing regulations. The training culminates in advanced market research and transaction mastery, preparing trainees to assist agents and potentially pursue their California Real Estate license. Performance is evaluated through quizzes, assignments, and mentor feedback, with successful completion earning a certificate and hours toward licensing. This immersive experience allows candidates to build real-world skills while concurrently completing accredited coursework required by the California Department of Real Estate if they choose to become licensed.
Job description:
The Real Estate Agent Trainee will undergo comprehensive training under the mentorship of an experienced real estate agent. The training will cover various aspects of real estate transactions, client management, market analysis, and the use of real estate technology tools.
Candidates may or may not choose to take real estate courses (at their own cost as approved by the CA DRE) to pursue their licensure during/following this program.
