Willco Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, and Heating is proud to partner with the Department of Defense SkillBridge Program, offering a unique opportunity for former military officers to transition into civilian careers. Our internship program spans six months, during which participants will immerse themselves in the various facets of our business, gaining invaluable experience in service, installation, and sales. Through a blend of online training modules and hands-on learning experiences, interns will develop the skills necessary to excel in the HVAC industry. Upon successful completion of the program, interns may be offered full-time positions within our organization, with access to exceptional benefits and ample opportunities for professional growth.

Participate in online training sessions covering HVAC fundamentals, industry regulations, and best practices. Shadow experienced technicians and sales professionals to gain insights into day-to-day operations. Assist in servicing and repairing HVAC systems under the guidance of senior technicians. Learn installation techniques for various HVAC equipment, including air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and heating systems. Support the sales team in prospecting, lead generation, and customer relationship management activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Maintain accurate records of work performed and report progress to supervisors on a regular basis.
