Location: Williamsburg, Virginia Key Responsibilities: Assembly: Assemble products according to Bill of Material, ensuring proper parts, components, revisions of parts, and documentation are included. Wire Routing: Determine wire routing, cut, strip, label, crimp, and terminate wires, securing bundles in accordance with engineering documentation. Cabinet Layout: Layout cabinets, determining locations of components, wire, and duct runs. Hardware Selection: Select proper hardware and, as necessary, drill, tap, punch, and cut to mount components in cabinets and on panels. Quality Monitoring: Continually monitor the quality of parts used in the assembly process. Inspection: Check sub-assemblies and final assemblies for completeness and visible damage, ensuring conformance with quality standards. Material Handling: Perform material handling activities, moving cabinets, carts, skids, wire spools, and floor stock. Documentation: Ensure the completion and maintenance of all required paperwork, records, documentation, reject tickets reporting, etc. Safety Compliance: Follow and comply with all safety and housekeeping rules and regulations. Embrace a versatile approach to tasks and responsibilities, proactively addressing any operational needs to support and enhance business objectives. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: 2-3 years of electromechanical assembly or related military experience.
