Job description:
Craft Talent Acquisition Advisor• Utilize Success Factors and a variety of other support systems to source, identify and recommend to hiring manager, qualified candidates to fill craft roles in a variety of disciplines for projects across the United States.• Maintain quality communication with Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Managers and Candidates.• Utilize data analytics to inform project leaders on activities impacting talent acquisition.
Internship will be conducted at the Kiewit Offices in Fort Worth Texas.
