Job description:
Essential Functions:-Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating customer concerns; conducting tests; resolving problems.-Establishes service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing installation; performing acceptance tests.-Service, diagnose, prognose and repair fitness products including, but not limited to: treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers, stationary bikes, weight machines, etc.-Maintains rapport with customers by examining concerns; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.-Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.-Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records via smartphone app.-Updates job knowledge by participating in continuing education opportunities; reading professional publications and participating in staff trainings.-Complete work with a high level of accuracy and efficiency

Abilities:-Repair machinery with assorted hand and power tools-Work independently with optimal time management skills and minimal supervision-Read parts/exploded/electrical diagrams-Diagnose mechanical, electronic and electrical problems-Organize and integrate priorities and deadlines-Communicate and collaborate with customers, office staff and manufacturers-Remain professional in personal appearance and interactions-Kneel for extended periods of time and lift at least 100 lbs. and be in good physical shape
