Learning the Asphalt maintenance industry. We are apart of the SealMaster Franchise system. there are job opportunities in this industry all around the world. Trainee will learn all products and uses for the products. Will work hand on with a store manger to learn inventory management, How to operate a plant, and learn how to use QuickBooks. Looking for self driven person to eventual become a store manager.

There are three parts to the job. first part will be learning how to operate our plant to eventually be able to operate the plant alone. The second part of the job will be inventory management and learning the purpose of all merchandise. The last part of the job will be learning how to efficiently use the QuickBooks system. Along with learning this will be checking customer in and out. Some sales training may be provided but is more important learn all products and there uses. The point of learning all these task is to one day become a store manager.
