With mentorship from seasoned professionals and exposure to real-world projects, participants gain the confidence and skills needed to launch a successful civilian career in industrial maintenance and field service.By the end of the 25-week training program, the trainee will be fully equipped with the technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and safety awareness required to perform the duties of an Overhead Crane Mechanic with minimal direction and effectively. The desired outcome is for each trainee to:• Demonstrate proficiency in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing overhead cranes, including hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems• Apply safety protocols consistently in all work environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies• Accurately document maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs using company systems and procedures• Collaborate effectively with lead technicians and clients in the field, showing initiative and professionalism• Exhibit continuous improvement through regular performance assessments and feedback, with the ability to identify areas for further development• Transition into a full-time field role with minimal supervision, contributing to operational efficiency and client satisfaction
