    Job description:
    As a Customer Success Specialist, you will support the company in the on-site success of the Pacer program. This is an operational role that will be customer facing. You will be responsible for organizing and stocking lab supplies for Pharma and Biotech companies within the Boston region. This position will report to the Director of Service Delivery.
    Headlamp provides service members with internships (Headlamp SkillBridge Fellowships) at high-growth tech and dual-use businesses, and at boutique consulting, venture capital, and private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
