Summary description:
Flight instructors train students to operate aircraft safety. They teach their students safety rules and the basic principles of flight and aircraft operations. Flight instructors go over instruments in the cockpit, take offs and landing, flight conditions, and how to check all the systems on the plane. The Assistant Chief Instructor will oversee the instructor’s flight operations and ground lessons. Assistant Chief Flight Instructor’s importance and purpose is to assist in supervising flight and ground training activities and personnel in accordance with (FAA)Federal Aviation Administration regulations and university policies. This position provides management and oversight of Certified Flight Instructors and students in flight training. The Assistant Chief Flight Instructor plays a key leadership role in flight operations, training and certification, dispatch, record keeping and safety.
Job description:
Our SkillBridge Program will lead to an Assistant Chief Flight Instructor with Paragon Flight Training. This is an FAA-approved position under FAR Part 141.
Eligibility factors:

Hold a commercial or ATP certificate with airplane single and multi-engine land, and instrument ratings. Hold a CFI, CFII, and MEI certificates • Hold a current first, second, or third-class medical. At least 1000 hours as pilot in command. At least 50 hours of actual or simulated instrument conditions
