Job description:
Puente Technology, LLC is seeking a Construction Superintendent for commercial and federal projects in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The role is responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, job site safety, subcontractor coordination, plan and RFI management, project documentation, and maintaining working relationships with project stakeholders and local jurisdictional building inspectors.
