Job description:
The Associate M&A Advisor will support senior advisors in executing mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other financial transactions. The role involves conducting financial analysis, preparing presentations, performing due diligence, and assisting in negotiations. The associate will also be responsible for market research, identifying potential acquisition targets, and maintaining client relationships.
The training an internship will be hybrid with 50% remote and 50% in-person.
