• Must be an active duty service member approved for participation in the SkillBridge program • Must be within 180 days of separation or retirement • Must have command approval • Ability to work in an in-person training environment • Interest in business operations, management, or entrepreneurship preferred • Ability to stand for extended periods of time • Ability to maintain balance while working on or around vessels and docks • Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds, including overhead lifting when necessary • Ability to safely navigate a marina environment, including docks and vessels • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Willingness to learn, take direction, and actively participate in a structured training program
