Job description:
The program will consist of project assignments that will lay a strong foundation for future careers in manufacturing, helping members become an expert in the glass manufacturing operations. - Become assimilated into the Ardagh Glass Packaging organization by participating in a comprehensive orientation program - Be assigned to a mentor within Ardagh Glass Packaging - Be exposed to and work on special projects to help the plants meet goals and leverage learning from work experiences
