POSITION SUMMARY: Colite Technologies delivers a portfolio of environmentally friendly solutions supporting corporate sustainability goals and objectives. The portfolio includes renewable power systems for various off-grid and grid-tied applications and LED retrofits for indoor and outdoor, commercial and industrial lighting. Colite Technologies is seeking project management and administrative support for the rapid growth of the business. This position will support project related administrative activities from the sales process and AR/AP through to project completion within the Operations Department. This position will report to the Manager, Project Operations.
Job description:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Support sales activities with sales order entry within ERP system• Provide administrative support with procurement and inventory management.• Provide support with maintaining the project plans and preparing for weekly project review.• Support admin tasks for new project hand-offs from sales department to project management department.• Support any administrative tasks through the phases of the project execution process as required.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:• Some interest in and working knowledge of renewable energy and/or LED lighting projects is preferred.• Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment
