Job description:
Center for BrainHealth at The University of Texas at Dallas is looking for a results-driven, possibility thinker to establish and launch a high-performance brain health program within the Special Operations community and adjacent / collaborative organizations. Candidate is a former operator within Special Operations Command with an interest in brain health and performance and motivation to see command-wide implementation of brain health concepts and tools. Has strategic ability to envision opportunities and realizable possibilities across ranks, commands, and branches. Has tactical ability to plan logistical execution and teach to audiences of all ranks. Understands the community as a whole and knows how to speak across all levels of leadership to get buy-in and garner executive support. Knows how to speak to operators to get buy-in and engagement. Is a team player, adaptable, and challenge-ready.
Center for BrainHealth at UTDallas is located in Dallas; however, this position/this team works in the field (various military bases) with in-person engagement and online for virtual engagement. This position does not have to be in office in Dallas and can be a remote team member.
