Job description:

The HVAC Installer/Service Technician SkillBridge internship is designed to provide transitioning service members with practical field experience in the HVAC industry.Participants will assist with:- Residential and light commercial HVAC installations- Furnace and air conditioning diagnostics- Preventative maintenance and tune-ups- Ductwork modifications and airflow improvements- Indoor air quality product installations- Basic refrigeration and electrical troubleshooting- Jobsite safety and tool usage- Customer communication and professionalismInterns will work directly with experienced technicians and leadership to develop technical, communication, and operational skills necessary for long-term employment in the HVAC industry.Potential full-time employment opportunities may be available upon successful completion of the program.

All Around Cooling & Heating is committed to providing transitioning service members with real-world field experience, mentorship, leadership development, and hands-on HVAC training in a fast-growing skilled trade industry. Participants will gain exposure to residential and light commercial HVAC operations, customer service, dispatch coordination, safety procedures, diagnostics, and installation best practices.Potential opportunities for long-term employment may be available based on performance, business needs, and successful completion of the program.
