Calibration Technicians are responsible for improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and supporting manufacturing operations within a designated production area. Key responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, monitoring system performance, implementing reliability improvements, responding to operational events, and maintaining accurate maintenance documentation. The role also supports process operations through training, coaching, and effective use of SAP work order systems.Successful candidates are safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. The position requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 33 pounds, working around production equipment, and occasionally performing tasks at elevated heights, in confined spaces, or in varying environmental conditions.
