VETS Indexes SkillBridge Participants will have wide-ranging responsibilities that touch on all four of our organization’s major initiatives: (1) a conference dedicated to promoting best practices related to employing veterans (https://employingusvets.com/); (2) a survey and recognition program that evaluates organizations’ programs, policies, and outcomes related to veteran recruits and employees (https://vetsindexes.com/employer-awards/); (3) a benchmarking service that shows employers how to improve their veterans programs (https://vetsindexes.com/benchmarking/); and (4) indexes (that can be linked to financial products) of the publicly traded companies that have established themselves as the best veteran employers (https://vetsindexes.com/indexes-vetsx/).

SkillBridge participants' job duties include: Engaging directly with outside companies focused on veteran employment, Creating and distributing explanatory, marketing, and promotional materials, Maintaining and improving our social media channels, Working with large datasets to extract and analyze important information, Sales of sponsorships and services to corporate clients
Location for SkillBridge participant can be online/remote; New York, NY; or Washington, DC.
