The Business Development Intern will assist the Topsarge Business Solutions team by learning how the company identifies, tracks, and pursues business opportunities. Interns will be introduced to customer relationship management (CRM) tools, research methods, outreach strategies, and proposal support. This internship is beginner-focused and designed to provide exposure to federal contracting processes, small business operations, and professional services development. No prior experience is required; interns will receive mentorship and hands-on training in each area.
