Focuses on developing proficiency in both business and project management process utilized by OMNI. This comprehensive training is divided into three modules. The first module will consist of portfolio processes and support models. The second module will emphasize the portfolio capture and business development processes and how they are utilized to support existing and future proposals and capture efforts. The third module will focus on project management practices utilized by the current existing ongoing projects to include supporting existing meetings, analysis, and reporting to customers and OMNI leadership. By the end of the internship, participants will have a strong foundation in both business development and project management and will be well-prepared for future roles in these fields.
