Arglass offers a variety of opportunities for any level of transitioning Service member. There are 12 main departments which include; Human Resources, Continuous Improvement, Accounting, Finance, General Maintenance, Machine Maintenance, Robotics, Mold Shop, Technology, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, and Production. Members with similar backgrounds may be trained for positions in the organization.

Arglass takes raw materials and transforms them into glass containers used for food and beverage products. Positions within the company will include Human Resources, Maintenance personnel for the factory and then specialized maintenance personnel for the machines and equipment. Supply Chain handles all logistics to include procurement of materials and shipment of final product. Sales & Marketing drive production based upon needs of our customers. Production manufactures and packages the glass. Accounting and Finance monitor budgets and handle customer orders.
