Job description:
The ITS Manager is responsible for directing our staff to best align with the needs and requirements of our wide range of clients with our internal and partner staff to deliver a high quality product and customer service. Day to day duties will include integration of ITS equipment into clients networks and infrastrucure, troubleshooting and repairing equipment that has been installed in the field, gaining knowledge on 360ns offerings and how they can best help our clients, research and design complex solutions utlizing hardware and software to deliver a turnkey solution for our clients, managing our ITS and Signal staff to ensure all projects are getting completed on scope, schedule, and budget.
Employees are expected to be in the office all days unless they are doing field work or there is a need to work from home. All employees need to dress professionally as there is frequent interactions with clients and partners.
