The M.C. Dean Critical Infrastructure & Technology Fellowship is a DoD SkillBridge opportunity designed to help transitioning Service Members gain hands-on experience in engineering, construction, facilities operations, communications, security systems, automation, project management, and corporate services. Participants are paired with experienced mentors and assigned to career pathways aligned with their military experience, interests, and professional goals. Through structured training, real-world project exposure, and professional development, participants gain the skills necessary to successfully transition into civilian careers supporting mission-critical infrastructure and technology programs nationwide. Successful participants may be considered for full-time employment opportunities upon program completion.

Position Title: Critical Infrastructure & Technology Fellow (DoD SkillBridge)Program OverviewThe M.C. Dean Critical Infrastructure & Technology Fellowship provides transitioning Service Members with structured, hands-on training and professional development opportunities across multiple business disciplines. Participants gain practical experience supporting mission-critical infrastructure, engineering, technology, construction, operations, maintenance, communications, security, and business functions while working alongside experienced industry professionals.Participants are assigned to a career pathway based on their military background, technical skills, professional interests, geographic preferences, and company workforce needs. Dean upon completion of the fellowship, subject to business needs, qualifications, and position availability.
