This position offers military service members a unique opportunity to transition into the civilian workforce by gaining hands-on experience in the real estate industry. By the end of the internship, service members will be equipped with the knowledge and experience necessary to pursue real estate licensure and thrive in the industry.
Real estate agents represent both buyers and sellers throughout the entire real estate process. Will present offers to sellers for consideration and accompany buyers during property viewings. Prepare essential documents, including contracts, purchase agreements, and buyer broker agreements. Agents coordinate with escrow companies, lenders, and inspectors to ensure that the terms and conditions of purchase agreements and contracts are met. Additionally, real estate agents manage the closing process and oversee the signing of all necessary documents
