Evergreen Property Inspectors is seeking to hire for an entry level position for the property inspection field. A retiring home inspector or person with home maintenance or building trade experience may also be a good fit. We serve clients throughout the St Louis Region in Illinois and Missouri.We will train those that have completed or are willing to complete a home inspector training course prior to hire. Our goal is to train a candidate to our company standards, while adhering to all national and state rules and regulations.
Successful property inspectors take a thoughtful- systematic approach to investigating buildings so we can create reports to inform the clients that hire us. This means being proficient in the technical aspects of construction while being able to explain findings through strong interpersonal communication skills. We value integrity, a strong work ethic, adaptability, innovation, and a desire to support other team members and industry partners who are also working on behalf of our clients. Our mission is to help our clients understand the condition of a property so they can make good real estate decisions.
