Job description:
The Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders by supporting workforce planning, hiring strategies, and talent acquisition initiatives. In this role, the partner collaborates with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing requirements, define position needs, and align recruiting strategies with business objectives. The Talent Acquisition Partner works closely with external recruiting partners and internal HR stakeholders to manage recruiting activities, monitor hiring progress, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and employment regulations. Responsibilities include analyzing hiring data, supporting recruitment marketing initiatives, advising hiring managers on best practices, and facilitating effective communication between the business and recruiting partners to support successful hiring outcomes.
