Core Responsibilities:Curriculum Planning: Conduct thorough analyses of training needs to craft strategic course development plans.Instructional Design: Implement the ADDIE framework to ensure a structured and effective instructional design process.Content Development: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create, refine, and assess course materials that fulfill educational goals.Material Compliance: Generate instructional content, including lesson plans and concept cards, that aligns with governmental standards.Educational Strategies: Formulate teaching strategies and assessment tools tailored for optimal classroom engagement.Learning Objectives: Utilize Bloom’s Taxonomy to establish clear learning outcomes and educational objectives.Supportive Media: Work with media teams to integrate visual aids and scenarios that complement the instructional narrative.

Minimum Qualifications:Must have an active Secret US government security clearance. Note: US citizenship is required to maintain a Secret security clearance.Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Psychology, Curriculum Development, Behavioral Science, or related fields.Experience: A minimum of 5 years in the field of training and development.Instructional Knowledge: Proficiency in adult education theories, methodologies, and instructional strategies.Project Management: Strong project management capabilities, including goal setting and meeting deadlines.Communication Excellence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, particularly in technical writing.Collaborative Skills: Ability to forge productive relationships and work effectively in diverse team settings.Travel: Ability to travel as per Joint Travel Regulations for temporary assignments by regularly scheduled passenger military or commercial aircraft in performance of TDY.Attendance: Commitment to exemplary attendance and punctuality.
