Access to a personal laptop capable of running standard business software (MKD does not currently provide loaner equipment). Comfort with computer-based administrative or personnel systems. Working proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, particularly Excel/Google Sheets, for organizing and reviewing structured data. Demonstrated attention to detail and comfort operating within defined processes, checklists, and documentation standards. Ability to handle sensitive or personally identifiable information with discretion. Willingness and ability to learn new software platforms independently through self-paced coursework. No college degree or prior civilian HR/HRIS experience required.
